Welcome to another blog post and another sneak peek of what's coming your way on June 3rd 2020.
Only a few more days until the 2020 Annual Catalogue goes live and I'm so excited for you to see whats in it. It's Gorgeous!My card today uses the Lovely You stamp set which comes as a bundle with a great label punch.
I've also used our new Gold Hoops, and these are fabulous!
To start with I stamped the flowers in Memento Black Ink, I then sponged the following colours onto them. Gorgeous Grape, Mango Melody, and Coastal Cabana. I then fussy cut them out with out Paper Snips.
I used our Whisper White Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon which is amazing ribbon because you can colour it any of the colours that we stock in our Stampin' Blends. I chose to colour in Mango Melody, Dark Highland Heather and either Light or Dark Bermuda Bay, I can't remember I'm sorry.
I also attached some Very Vanilla Scalloped Lace Ribbon to the hoop.
I attached everything to the hoop by using Glue Dots.
Hiding the Glue Dots behind the flowers is good as it can't be seen, and it gives you the stability you need.
I chose to adhere it to Whisper White card base because I didn't want too much going on that could clash with the hoop.
I hope you enjoy this card. I know it's not everyone's cup of tea, but it's right up my alley and I love it, it was a lot of fun to make.
