Today i thought i would sit and do a Scrapbook page. I have a tonne of photo's from when i lived and worked on DayDream Island in The Whitsundays many many moons ago.
Our Come Sail Away Suite is perfect for my photo's to scrapbook. Lot's of Sea themed stamps, memories and more packs, twine, embellishments and papers to play with.
This particular photo i just loooove. It brings back some of my best memories. It was such a light hearted moment, full of giggles and fun. Just the way i like it, lol.
It is a photo of myself and my old room mate doing our best Titanic, I'm The King Of The World! Titanic had only come out about a year and a half beforehand, and it was a massive hit. Everybody who got on a boat was doing this!
For my page, i have sponged Soft Suede onto some Whisper White, tore it, and placed it at the top and bottom of my scrapbook page. I used Hand Lettered Prose to cut out the sentiment in Soft Suede.
For the Anchor piece, i used a laser cut piece from the Memories and More pack, i sponged over it with Soft Suede, giving it an Ombre look. Which i love.
