Thank you so much for being here today. Are you loving the new catalogue? I sure am. I must say, it is probably my favourite one in the 4 years i've been with Stampin' Up!. It's AH-MAZING!
Today we are blog hopping our way through some amazing demonstrators who are involved with Kylie Bertucci's training group of 2019. If you've been hopping along, you would have came from Angie McKenzie's blog, and following me you will hop on over to see Leonie Stuart's blog.
I hope you make time to visit everyone on the list. I'm sure they'd love to see you on their blog. I know i love having you visit.
For my cards today i have used the Daisy Delight stamp set and Daisy Punch, along with Butterfly Gala stamp set for the sentiment.
I was playing around with my brayer, nothing particular in mind at all. I ended up sponging Highland Heather & Bermuda Bay onto some scraps and loved that much i HAD to do cards with it. So out came the Daisy Delight stamp set and off i went. The ball was rolling, so to speak.
Once i brayered the colours onto scraps, i stamped the Daisy outline stamp in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and punched it out using the Daisy punch.
The landscape card was the first one i made, and as you can see, it is single petaled. Which i actually really like, it reminds me of the old, He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not thing us girls did when we were young. Please tell me i'm not the only one who used to do this with flowers??? lol.
Because i made a card with just the single petals, i had to make it's counterpart, the fully petal'd one, lol.
I did it the same way by brayering, stamping and punching it out. I then adhered them together and onto the card layer, which is Gorgeous Grape, then onto the card base which is Thick Whisper White.
I stamped the sentiment, Hello Beautiful from Butterfly Gala.
I also distressed the edges of the white card front, and it made a huge difference.
I have used the splotches from Waterfront stamp set to add some fun grunge to it. I stamped this off in Highland Heather, then stamped onto the card front.
To finish off, i have used our Clear Faceted Gems for the inside of the flowers.
Here's some more pictures for you. feel free to tell me what one you like the most. I'd be very interested to hear this. Hmmm, i wonder if you like the one i like.

Well that's it for today. I truly hope you've enjoyed it here today.
Head on over to everyone else and enjoy their creations.
Happy day to you all.
