Stampin' Up! Signs Of Santa Gate Fold Card

Hello Beautiful People,

How are you all? Are you all having fun creating? It's a busy time of year and i'm sure you're all getting your christmas projects ready.

I've been having a lot of fun playing with Signs Of Santa stamp set and framelits from Stampin' Up!.
If you visited my page lately you would have seen the Joy to the world card i made from this bundle. It's super duper cute. If you missed it, here is the link to find it. Have a look if you like. Joy to the world card...

I have wanted to try an interlocking gate fold card for a long long time and i finally got to do one, yippee!! And here it is.
I have used Signs of Santa to make it. I tell you, i loooove this bundle, it's probably one of my favourite Christmas sets, EVER!

The card base is cut at 5 7/8" x 8 1/4", Scoring it at 2 1/16" on each of the sides. I have laid DSP on both the outside & inside of the opening panels.
I have used our Layering Square framelits to cut out the image panel and the frame. I used the Second largest scallop frame and third largest square framelit to cut it out. Making sure it is a snug fit.
To adhere, glue only the left side of the frame, and adhere it to the left side panel. Now glue only the right side of the image piece and adhere that to the right side of the panel. This is how you get your card to interlock.

For the Box, i have used strips of  designer series paper from our Santa's Workshop DSP pack to wrap around a box from our Clear Tiny Treat Boxes. I have die cut the elf from the Santa's Workshop dsp.

I hope you enjoy this little project today. If you have any questions, please, don't be a stranger.

Happy day to you all, keep smiling, Mel. X
