Bundle Of Love DSP, Baby Set in Soft Sky

Hello everyone,
How are you all? I hope you're all well and enjoying life.

Are you a paper hoarder like me? I buy them because i love the designs, or the texture of our paper, then they sit there for a lot longer than i anticipated. They are too pretty to cut into, am i right? Or, the other reason, I might keep them for later they might come in handy! Well i've been trying to step out of that comfort zone of holding onto paper. We have such great DSP, ( Designer Series Paper in case you ever wondered what DSP stands for), that we must cut it up, USE it,  and get it out on show.
So for this last month of the 2017-2018 Annual catalogue i am using as much of our retiring DSP as possible. I know what's coming in the 2018-2019 Annual catalogue and there are BEAUTIFUL papers. You will love them! But for now, it's time to cut that paper and create with it.

I've delved into my Bundle Of Love Specialty DSP.

This paper is gorgeous, it has gold foil designs on one side and coloured on the other, and is retiring now so if you like it, i would head on over to my Online Store to purchase it before it's gone forever. It's perfect for weddings and babies. Babies is the direction i went with on these ones. I have a gift box for baby, a card for baby and a card for the new parents.

Let's take a look at what i created, and after the pictures you can find the measurements for the box.

Measurements for box are:

                                               Lid:

8 1/16" x 6 5/16" Scored at 3/4" each side.
                                               Base:
                                               9 1/2" x 7 3/4" Scored at 1/2" on all four sides.
You would go ahead and put the box together like you would any other
one. And design how you like.

This box is great not only for gifts but it fits about 10 full sized cards & envelopes. I LOVE using it for gifting cards.
I am so in love with how sweet these little sets are. And it's a nice creative way to farewell Soft Sky. Soft Sky is leaving our colour family, it will go into retirement after May 31st 2018. Aww, bye bye Soft Sky nice creating with you! lol. Perfect little colour for babies don't you think?
